摘要
双语教学作为高等教育改革的重要组成部分,在实施过程中,出现了一些亟待解决的问题。在总结这些问题的基础上,建议根据学校的定位和学生的实际情况有选择和有针对性地开展双语教学、制定双语教师能力评定标准和培训体系,从教师、学生和管理多角度出发,"因校制宜"地开展双语教学。
As a major part of the high education reform, bilingual teaching produces some urgent problems unsolved in practical applications. The measures include according to school's orientation and students' actual situation, selectively carrying out bilingual ed- ucation, establishing the university-based advisory committee of bilingual education, formulating bilingual teacher's evaluation standards, creating teacher training system and so on.
