摘要
用硅胶(或硅溶胶)和钛酸酯在四乙基氢氧化铵(TEAOH)和四下基氢氧化铵(TBAOH)为摸板剂的条件下制备出钛硅分子筛TS—1;骨架红外(IR)、紫外没反射(DRS)、电子能谱(XPS)等,测试结果证实钛进入分子筛骨架;讨论了合成分子筛的条件对分子筛催化性能的影响.
TS-1 zeolites have been synthesized by silica gel and titanate in the presence of TEAOH and TBAOH. It has been proved that Ti is located in the molecular sieve framework by the framework IR spectra, the diffuse reflectance spectra in the UV-VIS region and XPS technique. The influence of synthetic conditions and catalytic propreties are discussed.
