摘要 目的:研究股骨近端锁定钢板在老年骨质疏松病人不稳定型粗隆间骨折中的治疗。方法:采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年Evans-JensenⅡA、ⅡB、Ⅲ型骨折17例。年龄最大96岁,最小63岁,平均75岁。男性6人,女性11人。结果:17例术后随访218个月,平均13个月。按Harris评分系统临床疗效为优(90100分)10例,良(8089分)7例。结论:股骨近端锁定钢板是治疗高龄不稳定粗隆间骨折的良好选择。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of locking compression plates(LCP) for the treatment of unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly osteoporosis patients.Methods: Seventeen old patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with LCP internal fixation.Their ages ranged from 63 to 96 years,averaging 75 years.They were 6 males and 11 females.By Evans-Jensen classification,7 cases were type IIA,8 IIB and 2 Ⅲ.Results: All the patients were followed up for 2 to18(mean,13) months.All fractures were healed without any complications.On the base of Harris score system,the functions of hip joint were excellent in 10 cases and good in 7 cases.Conclusion: LCP has a preferable clinical value in the treatment of aged patients with unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture,especially those with osteoporosis.
