椎弓根钉植入复位固定治疗胸腰椎骨折 被引量:1

摘要 胸腰椎骨折是脊柱常见骨折,约占1/2,后路减压复位四枚椎弓根钉内固定是其最常用的手术术式,具有操作简单、手术创伤小等优点,已逐渐成为传统的治疗方法;但术中伤椎复位欠理想、过度撑开、术后伤椎高度丢失、后凸角度逐渐增大以及椎弓根钉断裂等越来越引起骨科医师的注意^[1]。从2006年10月起笔者采用后路切开伤椎椎弓根钉植入复位固定技术治疗30例胸腰椎骨折,取得了满意的疗效。
