摘要
以酒精精馏为例,提出大温差高温热泵精馏的可操作性节能流程———分割式热泵精馏.对此流程的关键参数———分割点的确定给出了有关的数学模型,并进行了实例分析.
This paper provides an energysaving method, separate heatpump distillation, for the application of heat pump to the alcohol distillation with large temperature difference. The separate point, which is the key parameter of this process, is optimized by an object function of minimum of annual operation cost. An industrial example shows that separate heatpump distillation has obviously energysaving effects and economic profits compared with a traditional one.
