摘要
本文介绍了应用砷化镓半导体激光器，采取精测和粗测两种测尺相结合的方法，研制出的脉冲＿相位式激光测距仪。实现了漫反射、高精度激光测距，并给出了实验结果及其分析。
This article introduces the design principles and characters of laser range finders of pulse-phase type,which is developed by application of GaAs-(AlGa)As semiconductor lasers,and by combination of precise survey and rough survey.This type of laser ranger finder has achieved the goal of diffuse reflection and high precision for laser ranger.Meanwhile,the experimental results and the analysis are also given in the paper.
