摘要
目的:在溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)和乳化剂(OP)存在下,基于Zn(Ⅱ)与苯基荧光酮(PF)的显色反应,建立了分光光度法测定微量锌的新方法。方法:通过Zn(Ⅱ)与PF-CTMAB-OP形成灵敏度较高的多元配合物,来测量锌含量。结果:络合物的最大吸收波长为585nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=2.10×105L.mol-1.cm-1,Zn(Ⅱ)含量在0.039~14.0μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律,线性回归方程为A=0.1365C(μg/25mL)+0.0186,r=0.9990,干扰离子较少。结论:已用于网管水锌含量的测定,结果令人满意。
Objective:A new color reaction method for the determination of trace zinc with phenylfluorone(PF)in the presence of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB)and emulsifier(OP)has been described.Methods:Zn(Ⅱ)with the PF-CTMAB-OP to form a high sensitivity of multi-complexes to measure the zinc content.Results:The absorption maxima of the complex is at 585 nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 2.10 × 105L · mol-1 · cm-1.The linear Range is 0.034~14.0 μg /25 mL.The regression equation is A=0.1365C(μg/25mL)+0.0186.The correlation coefficient is r= 0.9990,interfering ion less.Conclusion:The method has been applied to the determination of trace zinc in tap water with satisfactory results.
