活性氧介导预处理和后处理心肌保护效应研究的进展

摘要 活性氧(ROS)在心肌再灌注损伤机制中发挥重要作用。然而大量的研究证实,ROS为预处理和后处理心肌保护效应相关的氧化还原信号通路的重要组成部分。该文阐述了ROS的定义、来源和检测方法,并就ROS在预处理或后处理心肌保护信号通路中的作用及其对ROS的影响进行了综述。 Reactive oxygen species (ROS) play an important role in the cardiac ischemic and reperfusion injury. However, accumulating evidences have demonstrated that ROS are pivotal components of redox signaling cascade relevant to cardioprotection induced by either preconditioning or postconditioning. In this review, the definition, source and detection methods of ROS are introduced. Besides, the role of ROS in the cardioprotection offered by preconditioning or postconditioning and the effects of either preconditioning or postconditioning on ROS are summarized.
