摘要
对分布于甘肃的贝母属10种(含变种)植物的花粉形态和叶表皮微形态特征进行了光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,并对其花粉形态结构、类型和叶表皮细胞形状、气孔器类型、气孔大小、气孔指数以及在分类学上的意义进行了讨论.
The pollen morphology and epidermal characters of leaves of 8 species and 2 varieties in Pritillaria from Gansu were examined under the light microscope(LM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Pollen grains of 8 species are all monosulcate and ellipsoidal in shape. The exine ornamentation is reticulate. The characters of pollen grains of 10 species(varieties)differ from each other in ornamentation, formation and width of muri, composition of muri, xize of lumina, the number of lumina in per unit area. The difference of pollen morphology is useful for the classification of fritillaria. The observation of epidermal characters of leaves showed that the epidermal cell is rectangular, and the stomatal apparatuses of the lower epidermis are of the anomocytic type. In addition, the result showed that these species are different from each other in frequency, index and size of stomata as well as thickness of the cuticular layer of the epidermis. Finally, the taxonomic significance of pollen morphology and epidermal characters has been discussed.
