不同试验仪器对沥青混合料中沥青含量及矿料级配试验的误差分析 被引量:3

摘要 沥青混合料中的沥青含量、矿料级配与沥青路面的使用性能有着密切联系,目前用于检测这2项指标的试验仪器种类较多,选取其中3种具有代表性的仪器,即国产普通离心抽提仪、德国20-1100型沥青混合料分析器及美国MODEL4731型沥青混合料燃烧仪,介绍其各自的工作原理,并分别用其对室内拌和混合料进行沥青抽提试验。3种仪器试验结果误差对比分析表明,德国20-1100型沥青混合料分析器精确性最高。 The asphalt content and aggregate gradation in asphalt mixture are closely associated with the application performance of asphalt pavement, at present there are multiple types of test instruments for detecting these two indices, This paper selects three representative instruments, i.e. domestic common centrifugal extractor, German 20-1100 type asphalt mixture analyzer and U.S.A MODEL4731 type asphalt mixture combustion instrument, introduces their own operating principles, and carries out the asphalt extracting test for indoor stirred mixture by means of them, respectively. The comparative analysis for test results by three instruments shows that the German 20-1100 type asphalt mixture analyzer has the highest accuracy.
