摘要
互通立交方案的优选是由多决策人组成的群体对一集有限方案在多个评价指标下进行选评,这些评价指标属性有的能被量化,有的难以得到定量值;而且决策群体由于不同专业背景,对一些定量的评价指标也只能给出定性的语言评价信息。针对此情形,提出含有语言信息的互通立交多方案模糊数评选方法,并通过实例实现多决策人对含有语言信息的互通立交多方案选评工作。
The optimized selection of Interjunction plans is to select from one set of finite plans by a group of multiple decision makers under many evaluation indices, some attributes of which can be quantized, but the others are difficult to be quantized; moreover the decision making group can only present qualitative evaluation information in language for some quantitative evaluation indices due to different professional backgrounds. Aiming at such case, this paper proposes the selective methods by fuzzy number from multiple interworking overpass plans containing language information, and realizes the selection from such plans by multiple decision makers through practical examples.
