摘要
运用组织学技术对性成熟大鳍鳠脑垂体结构进行了研究.结果表明:大鳍鳠脑垂体为背腹型腺体,由神经垂体和腺垂体组成,神经垂体位于腺垂体中央;腺垂体前外侧部位于腺体前部,由催乳素、促肾上腺皮质激素细胞和大型滤泡状细胞组成;中外侧部位于腺体中部及后部腹面区域,由促性腺激素、促甲状腺激素和生长激素细胞组成;中间部位于腺体后部背面,包括促黑色素细胞刺激激素和促性腺激素分泌细胞.
A histological study was done of the structure of pituitary in adult Mystus macropterus Bleeker. The results indicated that the pituitary of Mystus rnacropterus Bleeker, composed of neurohypophysis and adenohypophysis, is a backabdomen gland with its neurohypophysis situated in the center of adenohypophysis; the anterolateral part of the adenohypophysis is located in the front, which is composed of lactotropes, corticotropes and the big follicle cells; the proximal pars distalis (PPD), located in middle part and ventral posterior regions of pituitary, is composed of gonadotropes, thyrotropes and somatotropes; the pars intermedia (PI), located in the dorsal posterior region of pituitary, is composed of melanotropes and gonadotropes (MSH and GDH cells).
