摘要
以内江市城市生活污水为原料,研究了煤系高岭土的焙烧温度、煤系高岭土的用量、pH值、吸附平衡时间、反应温度对氨氮吸附量的影响,并进一步研究吸附等温线和吸附热力学.结果表明当煤系高岭土的焙烧温度为750℃时,吸附率达到最大值;煤系高岭土的最佳用量为60g/L;pH为6.0~8.0时,煤系高岭土对污水中的氨氮都具有较好的吸附;吸附时间取90min为宜;吸附量的最大值为3.38mg/g;此吸附为放热过程,升高温度不利于吸附.
Taking the municipal domestic sewage as the raw material, the effects of the roasting temperature and dosage of Coal-Serial Kaolin, pH value, adsorption time, reaction temperature on the kaolin adsorptive capacity of ammonia nitrogen were all put under examination, on basis of which the adsorption isothermal curve and adsorption thermodynamics were also further investigated. The result showed when the roasting temperature was 750℃, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was maximum;The best dosage of Coal-Series Kaolin was 60g/L; When the PH value was between 6.0-8.0, the ammonia nitro gen could be adequately adsorbed by the Coal-Serial Kaolin; The best adsorption time was 90min; The maximum adsorption was 3.38mg/g. Since this adsorption is a heat-releasing process, increased heat wilt produce negative adsorptive results.
