小剂量甲强龙、果糖二磷酸钠治疗放射性心脏损伤 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察小剂量甲强龙、果糖二磷酸钠治疗放射性心脏损伤的疗效。方法将临床确诊的23例放射性心脏损伤患者给与小剂量甲强龙、果糖二磷酸钠治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图、超声心动图及心肌酶学的变化。结果治疗7d后,8例心律失常患者显效5例,有效3例;10例心包积液患者显效9例,无效1例;5例心功能不全患者显效3例,有效1例,无效1例;5例心绞痛患者显效2例,有效3例。结论小剂量甲强龙、果糖二磷酸钠可以有效改善放射性心脏损伤。
