摘要
随着教师教育改革的进一步深入，师资培养模式的改革已成为世界各国教育改革的主要趋势。本文立足于普通中等教育的师资培养，通过对国外几种主要的师资培养模式进行分析比较，以期对我国中小学师资培养模式改革有所借鉴。
With the further in-depth reform of Teacher Education, the reform of teacher training model has become the main trends in educational reform around the world. This article is based on teacher training in general secondary education, through several major foreign pattern＇s analysis and comparison of teacher training, with a view to the reform of China＇s primary and secondary school teacher training model.
