摘要
近年来,西部高校教师流失严重,已引起了社会的广泛关注。如何留住优秀教师,吸引优秀教师成了西部高校面临的重大困惑。契约理论中三个发展方向:完全契约论,不完全契约论,交易费用理论提供了一种解决西部教师流失的思维方式,即完全契约论——制度精细化,不完全契约论——心理契约补偿,交易费用理论——退出约束机制。本文就如何运用契约理论解决西部高校教师流失问题进行了分析。
In recently years, the teachers of the colleges and universities are leaving seriously in the west of china and the phenomenon has widely arosed many people's attentions , and also it is very puzzle for the leaders of the colleges and universities to how to attract and remain the excellent teachers in the west of china. However, the Contract Theory may give us a thougth,this paper research the Contract Theory and give some suggests how to solve the problem that the teachers leave form the west of china: make the systems of the teacher- management as soon as detail by Complete Contract Theory, establish Psychology Contracts to restrict the teachers to leave by Incomplete Contract Theory and increase run - costs of the teachers by Transaction Costs Theory.
