摘要 采用微波消解火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS法)测定产地为黔东南林区丹寨县的原生态硒米中微量元素锌、铜的含量并讨论了这两种元素的生理功能. The study was conducted to detect the trace of Zinc, Copper content in aboriginal ecological Se-enriched Rice of Danzhai that produced from Danzhai of Southeastern of Guizhou Forestry Region. The samples were microwave digested and these elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The physiological function of these elements was introduced in this article.
