摘要
工作家庭冲突可以理解为由于个体要承担来自工作和家庭两方面的责任,因此造成的两方面压力在出现矛盾时产生的一种角色交互冲突。本文从工作家庭冲突的概念、相关研究、实践策略和以往研究的局限等方面进行总结,并在此基础上探讨了未来的研究趋势。
Work family conflict can be defined as a conflict because of the individual to bear from both work and family responsibilities,resulting in pressure on two aspects of the contradictions arising in the event of a conflict in the role of interaction.This paper summarizes the concepts,researches and practical strategies about work family conflict,and explores the trends of future researches.
