摘要
为开发高效萃取设备,采用30%的TBP-煤油/HAc/水体系,研究了装填QH-1填料的脉冲填料塔的流体流动和传质性能。实验中采用置换法测量分散相存留分数,浓度剖面法测量传质性能。结果表明,脉冲的加入使传质效率提高一倍左右,表观传质单元高度可达0.18m,而液泛速度最多下降不超过30%。根据实验数据回归了计算特性速度和表观传质单元高度的经验关联式,并对传质方向对流体流动特性的影响进行了讨论。
In order to develop high efficiency extraction equipment, the hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics of pulsed packed columns (PPC) filled with QH 1 packing were studied in 30% TBP (kerosene)/HAc/water system. In the experiments, the dispersed phase holdup was measured by volumetric method,and the mass transfer characteristic was measured by concentration profile method. The results show that with pulsation mass transfer efficiency increases about one time, and the apparent heights of transfer unit can reach 0.18m , whereas flooding velocity decreases down to 30%. Empirical correlations of characteristic velocity and the apperent heights of transfer unit have been obtained by correlating experimental data. A discussion about the influence of mass transfer direction on the hydrodynamic characteristics of PPC has been also conducted.
