摘要
采用访谈、文献资料、数理统计等方法,运用全球化与现代化的相关理论,对新世纪我国高校体育师资队伍发展遭遇的瓶颈进行分析,指出我国高校体育师资队伍主要存在的问题。针对这些问题指出对策。
Using interviewing, literature, statistical figures and the theory of globalization as well as education modernization to study the bottlenecks of the physical＇ ranks of teachers of our natioil. Currently, there have two parts problems to do with the physical＇ ranks of teachers deal with these problems from following measures.
