抗磷脂综合征病理妊娠的机制和治疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 抗磷脂综合征（antiphospholipid syndrome，APS）是由抗磷脂抗体（antiphospholipid，aPL）引起的一组临床征象的总称，临床上以动静脉血栓形成、病理妊娠和血小板减少等症状为主要表现。APS患者的病理妊娠症状不仅限定于流产，还包括由于先兆子痫、胎盘功能不全引起的早产和死胎。且将近一半的aPL相关的流产出现在妊娠头3个月。
