摘要
通过对不同凹模型面进行的管材挤压实验,分析了半模角α和曲面形状对挤压力的影响.采用MSC.Marc软件对成形过程进行了数值模拟.研究结果表明,随着半模角α的增大,曲面模的挤压力有变小的趋势.当α在60°~70°,锥模的挤压力最小,材料利用率最高.
The influence of different half cavity angle α and camber shape on the extrusion force has been analyzed through the experiment of cavity profile of extrusion die in this paper. Based on this, with MSC. Marc software, the simulation of tube forming process is cartied out. The results show that the extrusion force of cavity die is reduced with the increasing of angle α . And when α is 60° - 70°, cone die adopted, minimal force and highest utilization are obtained.
