三电平逆变器PWM技术的评价及对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 在对逆变器PWM技术现有评价方法进行深入研究的基础上,分析了现有评价方法存在的缺陷,提出了一种基于傅立叶级数展开的数值评价方法,该方法具有参数可调整性、通用性和精确度高的特点。采用该评价方法对三电平逆变器SVPWM输出电压波形的谐波特性进行了仿真研究,对改进式SVPWM方法和传统7段对称式SVPWM方法进行了定量比较,并对中点电压偏移引起输出线电压的谐波进行了分析,给出了中点电压偏移引起的电机谐波损耗曲线。 Based on in-depth study of existing inverter PWM technology evaluation methods, the shortcomings of existing methods were analyzed, and an commonly numerical analyse method based on fourier series expansion was proposed, which has adjustable parameters and high precision. This method is utilized to do simulation and research on harmonic characteristic of an improved SVPWM method of three-level inverter. Meanwhile, adopt this method, quantitative contrasts between the improved SVPWM method and traditional seven-segment symmetry SVPWM method have been done, influence curves of motor loss caused by neutralpoint potential fluctuation and offset have been presented, and harmonic caused by neutral-point potential offset is analyzed.
