钻井液连续循环系统是一项集机、电、液控制于一体的先进技术装备,控制流程复杂,系统安全性和可靠性要求较高。在深入分析钻井液连续循环系统工作原理及其控制流程的基础上,重点对钻杆接头定位控制、钻杆自动上、卸扣控制、钻井液分流控制以及相应的软件设计等关键技术展开探讨,并针对一些关键环节提出了需要解决的问题和方案,为钻井液连续循环系统的研制和开发提供重要参考。
The drilling fluid continuous circulation system is an advanced technological equipment characterized by mechanical, electronic and hydraulic control. Due to the complexity of oil-gas drilling and the requirement of security for wellhead operation, the discussion focuses on the key technologies such as positioned control of drill pipe, automatic makeup and breakout control, drilling fluid shunting control and software design by deeply analyzing the operation mechanism of the system and its control procedures. As far as some crucial stages are concerned, the problems and their corresponding solutions are introduced, thus providing an important reference for the development of drilling fluid continuous circulation system.
