摘要
目的:分析中药大蓟地上部位挥发油的主要化学成分,以从中找出鉴别特征。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从大蓟地上部位中提取挥发油,利用GC-MS联用仪对其化学成分进行分析。并且用面积归一化法计算百分含量。结果:共分离26个化合物,鉴定了其中19个组分。结论:为大蓟的进一步开发研究提供了科学依据。
Objective To study on the main chemical components of essential oil from Cirsium japocinum for identification. Methods The essential oil from Cirsium japocinum was extracted by steam stilling and analyzed by GC - MS analysis. Results 26 compounds were separated and 19 compounds were identified. Conclusion This experiment has provided scientific foundation for further utilization of Cirsium japocinum.
