摘要
目的:观察针灸结合推拿综合治疗面瘫的疗效。方法:将128例面瘫病人随机分为两组,观察组80例(针灸加推拿治疗),对照组48例(针灸治疗)。结果:两组疗效有显著差异(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:针灸加推拿综合治疗面瘫能产生协同作用,缩短病程并减少后遗症的发生,有较好的疗效。
Purpose. To observe effects of acupuncture and massage technique on facial palsy. Methods. One hundred and twenty - eight patients of facial palsy were randomly divided into observation group （80 cases） and control group （48 cases） . The observation group were treated with acupuncture and massage technique and the control group were treated with acupuncture. Results, There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）, and the observation group in the therapeutic was better than and the control group. Conclusion, Acupuncture and massage technique treatment has a good effect in shurtenning the duration of symptoms and reducing sequela, and this treatment can produce synergetic effects on facial palsy.
