摘要
[目的]建立辣椒粉中苏丹红Ⅲ测定的线性扫描极谱法。[方法]采用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法研究了苏丹红Ⅲ的电化学行为,优化了测定的最佳实验条件[结果]在BR缓冲溶液(pH=7.0)体系中,苏丹红Ⅲ在Ep=-0.93 V处产生了一个灵敏的还原波,二阶导数峰电流与苏丹红Ⅲ浓度在0.8~8.0μmol/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 3,检测限为0.388μmol/L。测定辣椒粉中苏丹红Ⅲ的回收率在95.93%~105.7%。[结论]线性扫描极谱法简单、快速、灵敏,适用于辣椒粉中苏丹红Ⅲ的测定。
[Objective]The study amied to establish the determination method for sudanⅢcontents in chili powder by linear sweep polarography. [Method]The linear sweep polarography and cyclic voltammetry methods was used to study electrochemical behavior of sudanⅢ,the determination of the experimental conditions were optimized.[Result]Under the determination condition of BR buffer medium of pH 7.0,a sensitive reduction wave was given by sudanⅢwith its peak potential at -0.93 V(vs.SCE) by linear sweeping polarography.Linear relationship between the 2nd derivative of peak current of the reduction wave and the concentration of sudanⅢwas obtained in the range of 0.8~8.0μmol/L(r = 0.999 3),with a detection limit of 0.388μmol/L.The determination of micro amounts of sudanⅢin chili powder with the average recovery in the range of 95.93%- 105.7%.[Conclusion]The determination method of linear sweep polarography had characters of simple,rapid speed,high sensitivity,which was a rapid determining method suitable to detect the sudanⅢcontents in chili powder.
