摘要
[目的]研究甲胺磷、氧化乐果、敌敌畏对黄颡鱼幼鱼的急性毒性。[方法]采用静态及半静态方法测定甲胺磷、氧化乐果、敌敌畏对黄颡鱼幼鱼的急性毒性。[结果]甲胺磷、氧化乐果、敌敌畏这3种有机磷农药在静态条件下的安全浓度分别为135.36、16.94、4.48μg/L,而在半静态条件下的安全浓度分别为129.51、15.78、4.16μg/L。[结论]在静态和半静态条件下,这3种有机磷农药中敌敌畏乳油的毒性最高,其次是氧化乐果乳油,甲胺磷乳油的毒性相对较低。
[Objective]The acute toxicity of the methamidophos,omethoate and dichlorvos to juvenile Pelteobagrus was researched.[Method]The acute toxicity of those organic phosphorus pesticides to juvenile Pelteobagrus was determined with the static and semi-static method.[Results]The safe concentration of methamidophos,omethoate and dichlorvos to juvenile Pelteobagrus under the static condition was 135.36,16.94 and 4.48 μg/L;while under the quasi-static condition the safety concentration was 129.51,15.78 and 4.16 μg/L,respectively.[Conclusion]Under the condition of the static and quasi-static condition,the order of the toxicity of three kinds of organic phosphorus pesticide was dichlorvos EC omethoate EC methamidophos EC.
