摘要 首先构建基于虚拟样机技术的摩托车柔性车架多体动力学模型并进行仿真,同时与刚性车架进行了对比,最后通过路试对模型进行验证,结果表明:(1)刚性车架模型对称测点的振动强度基本一样,柔性车架在对称测点的振动强度不对称,与实测状况符合。(2)路面的高频频激励对刚性车架动力学模型几乎没有什么影响,各测点的振动频带只含低频(2~8)Hz;路面的高频激励对柔性车架动力学模型的影响很大,各测点含有频带大于50Hz的响应信号。(3)柔性车架动力学模型各测点振动强度与摩托车路试的实验结果基本吻合。以柔性车架来建立摩托车虚拟样机模型比较合理。 A simulation is first made on the basis of virtual prototype concerning the multi-body dynamic model of flexible motorcycle frame. At the same time ,a comparison is made between flexible and rigid motorcycle frame. Verification is made on the model by means of road test. The result shows (1)the vi- bration intensity of symmetric measuring point in the rigid motorcycle frame is basically the same,while the vibration intensity is not the same concerning the symmetric measuring point of flexible motorcycle frame. It accords with the practical condition. (2)The high-frequency motivation of the road is almost affectless to the dynamic model of rigid motorcycle frame. The vibration band of each measuring point only contains(2~8 )Hz, but it has a great impact on the dynamic model of flexible motorcycle frame,the vibration band of each mea- suring point contains more than 50Hz (3)The vibration intensity on each measurement point of the dynamic model inflexible motorcycle frame almost conforms to the experimental result of road test on motorcycle. It is comparatively reasonable to set up virtual prototype of motorcycle by flexible motorcycle frame.
