摘要
研究了建立微型推力轴承试验台的必要性及可行性,并利用光干涉法测量可倾扇形瓦推力轴承的油膜厚度及轴瓦变形,直接观察轴瓦的整个油膜厚度场及过载时油膜破裂的全过程.为进一步完善轴承润滑理论和真机的建立提供了依据.
The necessity and possibility of building minitype thrust bearing test rig are presented The film thickness and deformation of pad in a tilted segmented thrust bearing are measured by optical interferometry,oil film thickness field of pad and the whole process of the rupture of the oil film are observed directly under overload This test rig will provide reference to perfect bearing lubricant theory,and to build water turbo generators
