摘要
分析比较了传统印刷质量检测技术,提出运用计算机图像分析法检测喷墨打印质量。在基于ISO/IEC13660国际标准基础上,选取墨点保真度、线条质量、大面积区域(色块)以及MTF作为喷墨打印的检测要素,利用CCD获取检测要素并运用计算机图像分析法定量分析和检测,通过获得的检测数据实现对喷墨打印质量的评价。该检测技术扩大了喷墨打印质量的检测范围,使印刷厂同客户之间的交流更加精确和标准。
The analysis method of computer image was used to inspect the ink-jet printing quality, and was com pared with the technology of traditional print quality inspection. Based on ISO/IEC 13660, choosing dot fidelity, line quality, large-scale areas (color block) and the MTF as detection elements, using CCD to obtain detection elements and the analysis method of computer image to implement quantitative analysis and detection, the evaluation of ink-jet printing quality was realized by the detection data. The inspection technology expanded the inspection scope of the ink jet printing quality, and made the communication between client and printing company more accurate.
