摘要 根据横封机构的作用和要求,对偏心链轮横封机构进行了运动分析;通过SolidWorks三维软件建立了偏心链轮横封机构三维模型,利用COSMOSMotion模块对三维模型进行了运动学分析,以曲线和动画直观地展示了仿真结果,并分析了影响偏心链轮横封机构运动性能的参数。 The academic kinematic characteristics of eccentric sprocket mechanism of traverse seal mechanism was analyzed based on the function and requirement of traverse seal mechanism. The 3D model of eccentric sprocket mechanism was constructed by SolidWorks software, and the kinematic characteristics of 3D model were analyzed by COSMOSMotion. The simulation result was showed by curves and cartoon, and the kinematic characteristics parameter affecting eccentric sprocket mechanism was analyzed.
