摘要
C/C复合材料的孔隙率和吸湿性对防氧化涂层的制备有着很重要的影响。本文研究了三种孔隙率不同的C/C复合材料的抗氧化性能以及在不同温度下氧化前后的室温吸湿性能的变化情况。结果表明,孔隙率越低、石墨化程度越高的材料,抗氧化性能越好。吸湿性能随着孔隙率的增加而增加,并在一定时间内达到饱和。氧化后吸湿性能增强,并随着氧化温度的升高,在某一温度出现峰值。
Porosity and moisture absorption of carbon - carbon composites usually are related to manufacturing methods and have important effects on the oxidation protection. Three kinds of carbon - carbon composites, which were developed for brake materials, thermal structure materials and thermal protection materials respectively, were prepared; then weight losses fter oxidation at different temperatures and weight gains before and after oxidation because of absorption at room temperature were investigated in the preseflt paper. It was shown that the lower the porosity and the higher the graphitiration temperature of the composites, the better the oxidation resistance. Moisture absorption of the composites increased with increasing porosity, and reached a saturation. With increasing oxidation temperature, moisture absorption after oxidation first1y increased and then decreased, but was always larger than that before oxidation. After oxidation at 600℃, moisture absorption was maximum.
