摘要
由于高斯函数积分的简单性,利用扩展多元高斯声束模型对矩形相控线阵超声传感器偏转聚焦时的辐射声场进行了理论计算,并在一种介质中与更精确的瑞利积分进行了分析和对比,在偏转角度不是很大的情况下,计算结果非常符合。利用该方法计算了传感器安装在契块上时固体试件中的声场分布,并在入射角大于10°(折射角大于20°)时,对结果进行了修正,使声场计算的偏转范围增大,进一步丰富了高斯叠加方法的适用范围。
Because the Gaussian integral is simple, the expanded muhi-Gaussian beam model is used in theoretical computation for radiation sound field of rectangle phased array ultrasonic sensor in steering and focusing conditions. Using the model, the radiation sound field are calculated and compared to the more accurate Rayleigh- Sommerfeld integral model. A fairly good agreement is obtained when the steering angle is not too large. The model is used to calculate the sound field layout produced when an array transducer is mounted on a wedge. Besides, the result is corrected when entrance angle is larger than 10°( refracted angle than 20°), and can predict the radiation beam over a wide range of steering angle.
