摘要
常规潜艇有限的能量供给和潜艇作战需求之间的矛盾仍是制约常规潜艇发展的主要矛盾之一,随着大气环境控制要求的提高,大气环境控制系统的能耗逐渐增大,为了从顶层设计层面协调大气环境控制与能耗之间的矛盾,提出"潜艇舱室热管理"的概念。潜艇舱室热管理即从总体设计角度出发,从功能、能量、控制等方面,全面考虑总体布置、系统结构、部件和环境等相互之间的制约关系,协同控制流动、传热和能量转换利用过程,以实现全系统、全工况最优化,达到提高系统能量利用效率,降低能耗的目的。
One of the major constraints on the development of the conventional submarines is balance between the limited energy supply and the increasing energy desire. As the requirement of atmosphere control is becoming strict, the energy consumed by the environmental control system is increasing. In order to coordinate the contradiction between the atmospheric environment system and the energy consumption, this paper proposed a concept named "thermal management of submarine cabin". Based on the overall design, from the point of view of function, the energy and the control on the constraints among general arrangement, system construction, components and environment, etc. were fully considered. Through the co-controlling of flow, heat transfer and energy transformation, the optimization can be achieved on the whole system under all working conditions so as to increase the energy utilization for the air control system and decrease the energy consumption.
