摘要
为了探讨农用地产能的概念、核算的基础和方法,采用综合分析的方法,通过研究明确了农用地产能的概念和层次;探讨了农用地产能核算与农用地分等成果的关系,指出农用地分等成果是农用地产能核算的基础,农用地产能核算是农用地分等成果的应用与继续;可以依据农用地自然质量等指数核算农用地理论产能,依据农用地利用等指数核算可实现产能,依据农业统计数据核算实际产能,并进行了实证研究。研究认为:以不同层次的农用地分等成果为基础核算不同层次的产能是可行的。
The purpose of the study is to discuss concept of agricultural land throughput, basis and methods of throughput calculation. The method of comprehensive analysis was adopted. The results of the study makes clear the concept and levels of agricultural land throughput; Agricultural land classification results is basis of throughput calculation, the agricultural theory throughput calculation was set up based on the agricultural nature quality index, the agricultural achieved throughput calculation was set up based on the agricultural using quality index, the agricultural actual throughput calculation was set up based on the data of agriculture statistic. The conclusions is that it is feasible for us to use different levels of agricultural land classification to calculate different levels of throughput.
