摘要
针对复杂电子装备及其测试需求,研究了目前广泛应用于复杂电子装备的测试技术,分析了多种测试技术的特点和不足。根据复杂电子装备及其测试特点和电子技术的发展方向,在未来的复杂电子装备测试领域,网络化、智能化、建模与仿真化和综合化的测试技术必将发挥越来越重要的作用并逐步发展为主流。对测试技术的现状和发展趋势的研究,目的就在于为当前测试设备的研究开发和生产设计提供有力地指导。
Aiming at the complicated electronic equipments and its test requirement, the test technology widely used in these equipments is analyzed in this paper. The advantages and shortcomings of many test technologies are discussed. According to characteristics of the complicated electronic equipments, their test requirement, and the development trend of the electronic technology, networked test technology, intelligent test technology, M＆S test technology and integrative diagnoses technology will play a more and more important role in the test of complicated electronic equipments. And it will become the main technology in the future. Based on the research on the modern test technology and its tendency, an excellent guidance is given to research and production of the current test equipments.
