摘要
试验研究CaO-CaCl2-Fe2O3系脱磷熔剂组成、温度和处理时间对高磷铁水脱磷效率的影响。结果表明,温度为1 350℃时高磷铁水脱磷效果最佳;脱磷剂中当m(CaO)/m(Fe2O3)=1、时间为15 min时高磷铁水脱磷率ηP达到峰值;w(CaCl2)为20%左右、脱磷熔剂光学碱度Λ=0.7时,高磷铁水脱磷效果最好。所有炉次的高磷铁水脱磷反应在前5 min基本结束。
The effect of CaO-CaCl2-Fe2O3 flux composition, temperature and treatment time on dephosphorization efficiency of high phosphorous hot metal was investigated experimentally with the following results obtained: dephosphoriztion is optimal at 1 350 C; dephosphorization rate (T/p) would reach the maximum when CaO/Fe2O3 ratio is 1, treatment time is 15 minutes, CaCl2 content is 20%, and optical basicity is 0.7. Dephosphorization reaction of all heats is largely completed in 5 minutes.
