糖尿病患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ水平与动脉脉搏波传导速度的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ（UⅡ）水平与动脉脉搏波传导速度的关系。方法采用酶联免疫分析法测定87例2型糖尿病患者血浆UⅡ含量，应用脉搏波速度测定仪，对颈股动脉脉搏波速度（cfP-WV）和颈桡动脉脉搏波速度（crPWV）进行测定，根据血浆UⅡ水平将2型糖尿病患者分为正常UⅡ组和高UⅡ组，分析UⅡ与cfPWV及crPWV的关系。结果糖尿病组血浆UⅡ水平较对照组显著增高[（0．55±0．22）mg／L比（0．30±0．09）mg／L，P=0．010]。糖尿病患者血浆UⅡ水平与cfPWV呈正相关（r=0．396，P=0．006），与crPWV呈正相关（r=0．228，P=0．037）。结论UⅡ可以作为评价糖尿病患者早期大血管病变的指标；血浆UⅡ水平可能主要影响主动脉弹性，而对外周动脉弹性影响较小。
