摘要
充分利用仪器资源和有限的实验教学课时,对传统教学模式进行了改进。将原来气相色谱实验中使用的较少组分混合样品改为较多组分的混合样品,增大了分离分析的难度,启发学生根据不同的设计方案对不同色谱条件下的实验数据进行比较和讨论,使学生对气相色谱相关理论有了更加深入的理解。
The traditional teaching mode is improved by making full use of instrumental resources and limited experimental teaching hours. The mixed sample with less components used in the original gas chromatography experiment is changed into with more components, which increases the difficulty of the separation and analysis. Students are inspired to compare and discuss the data under different chromatographic conditions according to different design schemes to enable the student to deep understand the gas chromatography theory.
