摘要
相对集成温度传感器而言,负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻具有温度测量范围广、精度高等优点,本文利用这一特点,结合具有AD转换功能的国产STC12C5410AD单片机,设计一种宽温度监控范围(0℃～200℃)的医用电子电路。
Compared with integrated temperature sensor, NTC thermal resistor has the advantages of large scale of temperature measuring, high accuracy, etc. By taking advantage of it, combined with single-chip microprocessor STC12C5410AD with AD function, the article tries to design a kind of medical electronic integrated circuit, which covers broaden temperature range （0 ℃ - 200 ℃） of monitor.
