摘要
本文分析对外直接投资母国技术进步效应的微观机理,然后运用1987—2008年中国对外直接投资的数据研究OFDI对国内技术创新的研发投入和产出水平的影响,用协整的方法分析了对外直接投资、引进外资和进出口贸易与国内研发费用支出、专利授权数量之间的均衡关系。本文发现我国目前的对外直接投资对国内技术创新活动有正面影响,但效果并不显著;进出口贸易对国内技术创新的影响显著。
This paper examines the influence of China outward foreign direct investment over input and output of domestic technological innovation based on the data of China outward foreign direct investment from 1987 to 2008. This paper explores the balance among outward foreign direct investment, FDI, import and export as well as domestic R＆D and patent grant. It is found that outward foreign direct investment has positive influence over domestic technological innovation, but the effect is not significant, whereas import and export have evident influence over domestic technological innovation.
