机会均等与少数民族女孩的发展——北京昌平农家女学校“农家女助学金”项目案例分析

摘要 北京昌平农家女实用技能培训学校的实践表明,社会、政府、学校要创造机会,提供机会,让少数民族女孩从机会中得到实惠;少数民族女孩及其父母要抓住和珍惜机会;她们对机会的认知、珍惜程度,直接反映受助人群的成长水平和边际效益;机会再生与少数民族女孩的可持续发展,是实现整个社会良性循环和可持续发展的不可或缺的部分。 Based on the author's investigation and first hand material in Girls' Practical Skill Training School in person, this paper proposes that create and offer chances for minority girls; minority girls and their parents the management of Changping Country society, government and school should should seize and cherish opportunities,and their recognition of chances reflect the assisted group' s capacity level and marginal effectiveness ; the reproduction of chances and the sustainable development of these girls are necessary parts of realizing the whole society's virtuous circulation and sustainable development.
