本文概述了稻米淀粉的基本理化性质,分析了国内外稻米淀粉的市场现状,重点介绍了稻米淀粉的产品研发进展,旨在为稻米淀粉的综合利用提供参考。
In the current paper,the basic physicochemical properties of rice starch were summarized,domestic and international market status of rice starch and advances in the products RD of rice starch were mainly introduced,which provide the references for comprehensive utilization of rice starch.
