摘要
以工业化生产的连铸80mm厚高强度钢板为研究对象,采用原位统计分布分析和力学性能测试等手段,分析了钢板的化学成分均匀性和力学性能变化规律。结果表明,合金元素负偏析带的存在引起钢板板厚方向强度下降,而硫和磷的偏聚则引起钢板心部塑韧性降低。
The uniformity and mechanical property of high strength 80mm thicknesses steel plate of con- tinuous casting were analyzed by original position statistic distribution analysis, mechanical property tes- ting and other methods. The results show that the strength in the thickness direetion of steel plate de- creased due to negative segregation of alloying elements. The ductility and toughness of steel plate center decreased due to segregation of S and P. Some suggestions were proposed for the improvement of uniform- ity and believed that the mechanical property would increase due to the continuous casting technical pro- gress.
