关于玻璃体手术治疗眼外伤的争议 被引量：7

摘要 严重眼外伤对眼球后段的损伤是严重影响视力最常见的原因。应用玻璃体手术治疗眼外伤的效果已经被许多临床研究所证实。尤其近年来，随着手术器械不断改进，手术技术不断提高，玻璃体手术被认为是目前救治严重眼外伤的最佳选择。但是有关手术效果、手术时机、异物取出和手术操作等方面仍有争议。发现并总结这些争议，不仅对玻璃体手术中正确选择术式至关重要，而且对于如何提高手术效果，最大限度地挽救伤眼及恢复有用视力亦有重要意义。
