摘要
计算机硬件资源管理系统采用Windows操作系统，用SQLServer作为管理数据库，Delphi作为开发平台，根据硬件资源管理的具体需求并结合硬件资源管理的实际使用情况，提出了基于设备静态管理和运行状态动态检测管理相结合的方法。
