摘要
为了进一步降低比例换向阀换向时产生的压力冲击,设计了流量特性曲线为非线性曲线的直动式非线性比例换向阀,在AMESim中建立了直动式非线性比例阀及试验台仿真研究模型。仿真研究表明,该阀与线性比例阀相比,可以进一步有效降低换向冲击。证明了直动式非线性比例换向阀设计正确,仿真模型建立正确,可用于相关研究。
Direct-driven non-linear proportional valve that the flow characteristic curve was non-linear was designed to reduce hydraulic impact in the reversing process of proportional reversal valve. The simulation model and experimental platform were built. The simulation results show that the non-linear valve can reduce hydraulic impact effectively comparing with the linear valve, the exactitude of the design and the modeling is verified. It can be used in the latter research.
