摘要
碳化硅晶须由于具有高强度、高硬度和优良的耐高温、抗蠕变及抗氧化性等优点因而备受关注。本文介绍了碳化硅晶须的生长机理、制备方法及其质量评价标准,总结了碳化硅晶须增韧的复合材料中其与基体复合的必要条件及其在复合材料增韧中的应用,并指出了其发展趋势。
Silicon carbide whisker (SiC,)has attracted much attention due to its excellent properties, such as high strength and hardness, excellent creep, thermal and oxidation resistance. The growth mechanism, preparation methods and quality evaluation standard of SiCw are introduced. The essential conditions for SiCw-reinforeed composite materials combining with the substrate, and the reinforcement applications in these composite materials are summarized. The development trend is also pointed out.
