钢丝热浸镀Galfan合金镀层开裂的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对钢丝热浸镀Galfan合金镀层的开裂进行了研究。采用SEM、EDS、XRD、TEM、XPS分别分析了镀层的组织形貌、相组成及元素的结合方式,并观察了镀层开裂及断口的组织形貌。结果表明,Glafan合金镀层中无明显合金过渡层,镀层中裂纹在晶界产生并沿晶界扩展。镀层晶界处的氧化物等杂质是造成镀层开裂的主要原因。 Research on crack of hot-dip Galfan alloy coating of steel wire has been done. SEM, EDS, XRD, TEM, XPS are used to analysis the microstructure, phase components and bonding mode. Crack and fractography have been studied. The results show that transition layer with intermetallic compounds has not been found obviously. Cracks form in the grain boundary of the coating and propagate along the grain boundary. Oxide as impurity in the grain boundary is the main factor to generate crack in the coating.
